The main town of Zakynthos is only 5 km away and the airport of Dionisios Solomos is only 3km away.

Sofia's complex consists of 4 separate buildings set between its gardens and swimming pool with 50 rooms which have all got their own balconies. The establishment also features a sports and entertainment bar as well as a supermarket. Sofia's is a family run business. The hotel was established back in 1986 with its first 20 studios. Over the years the complex gradually grew and now has 50 self catering rooms. In 1998 Sofia's Hotel began a one-stage renovation program on the entire complex. The renovation was firstly to renovate the existing rooms into a more modernised style, but at the same time to construct an extra 20 new rooms.
