Residence Trzy Korony (Three Crowns) is a complex of three apartment buildings beautifully situated in the elegant seaside district of Świnoujście. The buildings were designed as a closed, monitored area, surrounded by a quiet terrace and green lawns. Inside each building is an underground car park and a modern lift. Each apartment is newly completed and fully equipped, offering convenience, freedom and independence. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace, a private bathroom and a kitchenette. The apartments are less than 100 metres from Świnoujście’s wide, sandy beach. The nearby Zdrojowy Park is a beautiful, serene spot for relaxation.

Apartments are now available in the Korona Piastów apartment building, which is a part of the Trzy Korony complex. This building was completed in July 2005 and is furnished and equipped as an exclusive hotel. Its style and architecture mirrors that of other buildings in the old and elegant seaside district of Świnoujście. The price of the apartment includes a set of bed linen, towels and a final cleaning of the apartment (after the whole period of the guest’s stay). The whole building is wheelchair accessible. There is also a lift, enabling disabled guests to reach the hotel’s terrace and gardens of to reach the building’s basement and underground car park.
